2009 February  |  11 X Design Tour: Path is including two new projects on a tour of 11 buildings designed and developed by local architects and designers. In fall of 2008 Corey Martin of PATH reached out to other designer/developers in the Portland Area in hopes that they could collaborate on a group marketing effort and exchange ideas. Rather than competing with each other members of this informal collective are now striving to reinforce Portland's reputation as a city that generates innovative ideas about how we can live.

2008 February 14  |  Project X receives Metro Grant
Project X received a significant grant from Metro's Transit Oriented Development Program for it's innovative solutions to transit issues. Project X is located near transit lines, includes significant indoor and outdoor bike parking areas and provides tenants with the option of consolidating their work space and living space into one space efficient unit, thereby reducing or eliminating the need to commute. We are very proud to announce that Ben Kaiser of PATH Architecture was appointed to a seat on the Portland Design Commission. The Design Commission provides leadership and expertise on urban design and architecture and on maintaining and enhancing Portland's historical and architectural heritage.
